In 2017, Fort Partners redeveloped the Surf Club and reimagined it into the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at the Surf Club, a 77 key hotel, 30 hotel residences and 121 private residential apartments.

The hotel today is considered one of the best hotels in the Miami area and boasts the highest ADR of any Four Seasons hotel in the world. Sales prices of existing Four Seasons Phase I residences have set records for the Miami area.
